Roussel & Associates will help you sort through the options and associated costs and benefits to determine what plan fits your company and your employees. As a first step, see our helpful hints “Choosing the Retirement Plan for Your Company.” If your company has one or 1,000 employees, Roussel & Associates can design a plan to achieve your corporate or personal retirement goals.

Are you limited to certain set of vendors in establishing our retirement plan?

No, as an independent consulting firm we are not captive and can access the universe of administrators, mutual funds and insurance companies.

Can Roussel & Associates work with our current vendor?
A.
Under most circumstances the answer is "yes." We do, however, recommend reviewing the plan, annually, to ensure it is meeting minimum federal guidelines, corporate goals and employee needs.

Do you also offer investment advice to employees?
A.
Yes, and we offer full service, personal financial planning, in addition to employee benefit plans. We do require those employees to go through an educational process to determine knowledge and risk tolerance before decisions are made on any investments.

Yes, we can merge company and personal investments into our software giving each employee a better perspective as to the progress in meeting retirement goals.

Yes, on both a corporate and an individual level, we also offer regular reports to track the progress of your plan and investments.
